Ally Training Designers engineered, developed, and delivered sophisticated e-learning and courseware materials for large pharmaceutical Enterprise Learning Group using preferred technologies including, Flash, Articulate, Dreamweaver, HTML, PowerPoint, and PageMaker. Team developed Department Standards, Course Modules, Exercises, Leader's Guides, Quick Reference FAQ’s, User Guides and Job Aides. Worked closely with the business to coordinate deliverable production time and appropriate support.

for 65,000 users globally on an enterprise wide implementation of SAP in large telecommunications organization. Ally built a blended learning strategy and phased deployment approach including T-90 Site Readiness Checklists, Role Simulations Development,
e-Learning Curriculum, and Instructor Led Workshops delivered in-country within 21 different countries. 95 training resources located in the US and worldwide were engaged to support this initiative.

Developed Central Business Shared Services Change Management PMO program for global Pharmaceutical organization. Ally Team built out the PMO and change governance framework. Ally developed the
Implementation Plan, Change Management Strategy, Leadership Alignment, Communications Plan, Messaging, Training and SuperUser Toolkit. Ally’s achievement was
to build the program while simultaneously building the internal PMO team’s Change Management competency.
Built fully integrated Change Management Strategy for Salesforce.com implementation to global sales organization for Fortune 100 telecom. Developed: Change Management Project Plan, Stakeholder Map, Audience Analysis, Communication Plan, Change Impact Workshops, Fully Aligned User Champion Program, Process/Job Role re-design, Organizational Readiness, Business Cut-over planning, Deployment Alignment, Post Go-Live Approach. Coached and Facilitated a large pharmaceutical company’s Senior Leadership Team’s development of a Change Leadership Strategy for guiding the organization through a highly impactful organizational change (M&A). Developed workshops to define and facilitate Leadership’s role in managing change and applying specific change management tools and techniques to the pre-integration process to measure the readiness and preparedness of the organization to focus on long term and short term goals during the integration.
Led HR Business Transformation in a mid-sized community hospital to provide more effective partnering and excellence in service to the internal employee community. Developed a new HR Organizational Structure in alignment with the strategy, priorities and goals of the hospital. Through process re-design, organizational design & development, and change management strategies, the HR organization was well positioned to lead their business community through future change, development and growth.
Implemented Program Management, Leadership Facilitation, and Change Management (including communications and learning) to prepare the sales organization to adopt a new Enterprise Pricing Program for a global technology organization.
